The Story Behind the Name
Hello, I am Joell Hatton, a Midwestern native, and I am very excited that you are here! In late 2025 I was between jobs but fortunately was re-connected with a former co-worker who had just kicked off his first consulting business. As his business was growing, he was getting multiple recruiting requests, so I asked if he needed my help to source talent for his clients. At that moment 4 Corners Network was a flash moment idea for me. As an HR professional, I know firsthand how businesses struggle with their culture when guiding principles are not aligned. This is where my story, 4 Corners Network takes flight - to provide organizations and their leaders at all levels with a rare opportunity to build the right partnerships.
I built 4 Corners Talent Network to challenge the bloated, impersonal recruiting model. I believe in lean operations, authentic partnerships, and placing leaders who execute strategy. We will not flood inboxes with resumes. We will listen, align, and deliver. Every placement is intentional. Every client gets our full attention!
